Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa, a private autonomous institute with the academic certification of Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne
(EHL) of Switzerland played host to Mr. Marco Torriani, Chairman of the Board, EHL, for the launch of its academic calendar.
A veteran of the hospitality industry, associated with some of the most renowned luxury names, Mr. Marco Torriani,
also manages the Mandarin Oriental in Geneva.

EHL is the oldest and globally acknowledged hotel management institute and falls
under the Gold Standard category. Their distinguished alumni are associated with
the best hospitality brands in the world. India has 2 alumni amongst several others,
neither who need any introduction - Biki Oberoi and Raymond Bickson, associated
with India's most iconic brands, Oberoi Hotels and The Taj Group respectively.
Various luminaries from the Hospitality industry including Raymond Bickson, Chander
Balajee, Veer Vijay Singh, Sunil Mathur, Onno Poortier, Jimmy Shaw, Phil Logan,
Sanjiv Kapoor amongst many others were a part of the grand launch. The press was
also invited to witness the proceedings. |
