The Fun Square Miniplex at Retail Square, Lavasa (Opp. Public Safety Centre) witnessed a grand opening on Friday, Dec 5, 2014.
Mr. Sandeep Patil, former Indian cricketer, accompanied by his wife, graced the inauguration ceremony as the Chief Guest.
The ceremony opened with a Bollywood-themed skit play followed by a medley of filmy musicals, enacted by the employees of Steiner & Lavasa.
The 150-seated theatre was opened to the public with the screening of its first day first show, Action Jackson. Besides Bollywood entertainment, the miniplex will also showcase Marathi & other regional films and is soon slated to feature Hollywood releases as well.
